Semi-private personal training provides all the perks of 1-on-1 personal training, but in a small group setting. There are 1-3 clients assigned to a CPT coach and each client goes through their own, individual program. If you enjoy being around like-minded individuals while working toward similar goals, being held accountable by your peers, and getting results at a more affordable rate than the 1 on 1 personal training, then this option is for you.
