HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Clients will have a complimentary sit-down consultation and assessment prior to beginning their training. This will give us a good idea of where you are and what we need to do to help you get to where you want to be. The assessment will (but not in all cases) include postural pictures, before/after pictures, skinfold measurements, movement pattern analysis, athletic performance testing (athletes only), joint range of motion, muscle stiffness/length, and muscle strength/weakness testing. This is crucial in developing an effective program.
STEP 2: NUTRITION ASSESSMENT
Our Registered Dietitian will put together a tailored nutrition plan that is right for you. We are not a “one-size-fits-all” kind of studio. We keep your goals in mind—your likes and dislikes, your lifestyle—and from there develop a plan that works for you.
STEP 3: START TRAINING!
Now it’s time to get started. At Catalyst Performance Training we offer a wide variety of programs to meet you where you are including, private training, semi-private, small group training, and nutrition counseling. After going through your assessment you and your coach will decide what program is right for you.
