WHAT IS SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING?
Semi-private personal training provides all the perks of 1-on-1 personal training but in a small group setting. There are 1-3 clients assigned to a CPT coach and each client goes through their own, individual program. If you enjoy being around like-minded individuals while working toward similar goals, being held accountable by your peers, and getting results at a more affordable rate than the 1 on 1 personal training, then this option is for you.
FITNESS CONSULTATION & MOVEMENT SCREEN
Clients will have a sit-down consultation and assessment prior to beginning their training. This will give us a good idea of where you are and what we need to do to help you get to where you want to be. The assessment will (but not in all cases) include postural pictures, before/after pictures, skinfold measurements, movement pattern analysis, athletic performance testing (athletes only), joint range of motion, muscle stiffness/length, and muscle strength/weakness testing. This is crucial in developing an effective program.
PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM
Once you’ve completed your assessment, we will craft a program that is designed specifically to your goals and needs. Before our first session together you will receive a copy of your program. This ensures that even when you are training in the gym on your own you will know exactly what you need to do for your training session. The program can last anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on goals of the client, frequency of training per week, and previous training experience. The program is so crucial for getting results. This is the road map for your training experience.
After signing up for semi-private training, you will be scheduled for a 60-minute initial consultation with our registered dietitian nutritionist. During this initial consultation, we will conduct an in-depth nutritional assessment that includes:
Reviewing medical history
Examining current eating, workout, and lifestyle habits
Establishing achievable goals
Creating a personalized action plan to help you eat better
