WHAT IS NUTRITION COACHING?
We meet our clients where they are and work together as a team to develop sustainable nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits. We will be there every step of the way and provide you with the necessary guidance, support, and accountability to help you succeed.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
We offer a complimentary 15 minutes phone consultation with our registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) to briefly discuss your goals and needs and to assess if this is the right program for you.
Following the complimentary 15 minute consultation, you will be scheduled for a 60-minute initial consultation. During this initial consultation, Ryan will conduct an in-depth nutritional assessment that includes:
Reviewing medical history
Examining current eating, workout, and lifestyle habits
Establishing achievable goals
Creating a personalized action plan to help you eat better
Access to our nutrition app where you can track your meals, metrics, and workouts right from your phone
FOLLOW UP SESSION
After completing your initial consultation, we recommend meeting with our RDN on a biweekly basis. We have found that meeting with an RDN on a consistent basis is the most effective approach to achieve long-lasting results. Ryan will give you accountability and help you stay consistent even when life gets busy. The follow up session is 30 minutes and includes:
Establishing new habits
Lessons & assignments
Ongoing weekly support
