WHAT IS SMALL GROUP NUTRITION COACHING?

Our 8-week program will teach you how to build sustainable healthy habits to help you feel, look, and perform better. 

Each week we will cover a new topic, answer your questions, and help you troubleshoot any obstacles that come up. 

In this program, you will learn how to:

  • Lose body fat & build lean muscle

  • Build sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits 

  • Include your favorite foods into your diet

  • Create healthy, simple, and delicious meals in 20 minutes or less

  • Stay on track during vacations, holidays, and stressful work situations

  • Repair and improve your relationship with food 

  • Maintain your weight
